Carmel joins Spectrum Impact as a Strategy Associate, supporting organizations to develop strategies that maximize their social impact.

Carmel brings over 10 years of experience active in the fields of ESG integration, impact investing, and sustainable development, having worked previously at the World Bank Group, Impact Investment Exchange, the Case Foundation, and the National Democratic Institute.

Carmel earned an MS in Global Business & Finance from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a BA in Global Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
